10:00 Yamanashi – Arakurayama Sengen Park (approx. 80 min)
A new popular photo spot, considered one of “21 places in the world every photographer must visit before they die.” It offers a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji. Climb the 397 steps near the main hall for the iconic view of Mt. Fuji & the city below, attracting photographers and travelers from around the world. Seasonal views include cherry blossoms in spring, fresh greenery in summer, colorful leaves in autumn, and snowy landscapes in winter.

Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine & Torii Gate – “First Mountain of Three Countries” (approx. 10 min)
The shrine’s approach features a grand torii gate with the plaque “First Mountain of Three Countries” (referring to Japan, China, and India). The shrine also houses a Xu Fu monument, commemorating the legendary envoy sent by Qin Shi Huang in the 3rd century BCE to find the elixir of life.

11:50 Yamanashi – Oishi Park, Lake Kawaguchi (approx. 70 min, including free lunch)
In summer, the park’s lavender fields bloom like a purple carpet against the backdrop of Mt. Fuji. In autumn, the garden’s red Kochia (summer cypress) adds a fluffy, vibrant touch. Seasonal flowers include lavender (June–July), crabapple & cosmos (July–September), and Kochia (October). The park also hosts the Lake Kawaguchi Herb Festival.

14:30 Yamanashi – Suntory Hakushu Distillery & Whisky Museum (approx. 80 min, free exploration; not a production tour)
Located at the foot of the Southern Japanese Alps, surrounded by forests, Hakushu Distillery produces a variety of single malt whiskies in a rare natural environment, earning it the nickname “Forest Distillery.”

At the Whisky Museum, you can learn about whisky culture and history. Guests may enjoy:

  1. Gift Shop – Suntory whisky gifts

  2. Tasting Lounge – Sample three whiskies from ~25 varieties, including Hakushu and limited editions (self-paid)

  3. Whisky Museum – Cultural exhibits

  4. Hakushu Terrace Restaurant – Surrounded by forest, serving local ingredients with whisky-pairing dishes (1st floor by reservation, 2nd floor free seating)

Guests on the “Pick-up/Drop-off at Meeting Point” package may disband directly at Shinjuku.

About Shinjuku:
One of Tokyo’s busiest commercial districts, centered around Shinjuku Station and spreading to several surrounding areas (Shinjuku, West Exit, South Exit, etc.). A shopping paradise with department stores, electronics, cosmetics, fashion, and more. Popular department stores include Odakyu, Keio, and Isetan. Shinjuku also houses Kabukicho, Japan’s most famous entertainment district, with countless restaurants, bars, clubs, and nightlife venues.

Shinjuku Station is one of Tokyo’s main transport hubs, serving nearly 4 million passengers daily, making it the world’s busiest railway station. Other nearby attractions include Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, and Golden Gai.

Tour Price Includes

  1. Vehicle service fees as listed in the itinerary, including advance reservation for Hakushu Distillery visits.

  2. Fuel, tolls, and highway fees.

  3. Vehicle service time: within 10 hours (as per Japanese law).

  4. Guide service fees (1–13 people: small group; 14–45 people: bus group; adjusted according to the number of travelers on the day).

  5. Reference vehicle types:

    • 5–8 seats: Toyota Alphard or equivalent

    • 9–14 seats: Toyota HiAce or equivalent

    • 18–22 seats: Mini-bus

    • 22+ seats: Large bus
      (Vehicles are for reference only; actual assignment depends on the number of travelers on the day.)

  6. Children 0–2 years old on a guardian’s lap: free, no seat. Children 3 years and above: same as adult.

Note on luggage: One-day tours are not recommended for bringing luggage. Each guest may bring one free piece of luggage (any size). Please note your luggage when booking. If you fail to specify or exceed the limit, an extra charge of ¥100 per item applies. Failure to provide accurate information for children under 3 and luggage may result in the guide refusing boarding due to insufficient space; no refunds will be issued.

  1. Accommodation, meals, attraction tickets, optional activities, or other personal expenses.

  2. Anything not mentioned under Tour Price Includes.


Important Notes

  1. After confirmation, tour dates cannot be changed; any resulting losses are the guest’s responsibility.

  2. Provide complete information when booking (name, number of people, phone, WeChat ID, pick-up location) to avoid errors affecting your tour.

  3. Keep passports and valuables safe at all times; any loss, theft, or damage is the guest’s responsibility.

  4. Elderly travelers, those with high blood pressure, heart disease, cardiovascular issues, or pregnant women should be accompanied by relatives.

  5. Guests under 18 cannot book independently; a guardian must accompany them.

  6. This is a shared fixed itinerary; all guests must comply with stop times and follow the guide’s instructions. For flexible itineraries, please refer to our private car service.

  7. No refunds for absence, early departure, or delays due to personal reasons.

  8. Leaving the tour midway without authorization is considered a void transaction; no refunds will be issued. The guest is responsible for any consequences.

  9. Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, holidays, or crowds; delays or cancellations caused by these or other force majeure factors are not refundable.

  10. Wear light, comfortable, and travel-appropriate clothing and shoes.

  11. Comply with Japanese laws and regulations; do not bring prohibited items.

  12. During free time, ensure your personal and property safety. Any accidents or losses are the guest’s responsibility.


Special Considerations

  • The driver’s maximum work time is 10 hours per Japanese law. Itinerary adjustments, including shortened visits or omitted attractions, may be made for safety.

  • Force majeure factors may include, but are not limited to:

    • Natural disasters: earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, typhoons, etc.

    • Traffic accidents, congestion, or road issues.

    • Severe weather: heavy snow, rain, fog, etc.

    • Government regulations: emergency laws, traffic control, etc.

    • Health emergencies for travelers or team members.

    • Social events: strikes, protests, civil unrest.

    • Vehicle mechanical failures.


Passenger Requirements

  1. Seniors 70+ must be healthy and accompanied by a relative or friend aged 22+.

  2. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult for the entire tour.

  3. Seniors must provide a health certificate (can be submitted electronically).

  4. Pregnant women, those with heart conditions, or acrophobia should not join. Booking carries a risk of refusal.

  5. Non-mainland guests are welcome, but services are only in Chinese and Japanese.


Cancellation Policy

  • More than 3 days before departure (excluding the 3rd day): 100% refund.

  • 2–3 days before departure (inclusive): 50% refund.

  • 1 day before departure or on the day: no refund.


Travel Instructions

Pick-up / Meeting:

  • Arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Late arrivals or missing the tour for personal reasons will not be refunded.

During the Tour:

  1. Leaving the group early is not allowed. Any missed attractions will be considered forfeited; no refund will be issued. The guest is responsible for any accidents after leaving the group.

  2. Tour start times may slightly change during peak seasons or special circumstances. Follow guide instructions.

  3. Transportation, sightseeing, and stop times depend on actual conditions. Guides may adjust the order of attractions with guest consent.

  4. Meals are not included; breakfast, lunch, and dinner are self-paid. Some restaurants do not allow outside food.

Local Customs / Regulations:

  • Respect local culture and customs.

Weather:

  • Activities may be adjusted for safety. The staff may stop outdoor activities if necessary.

  • Severe weather or other force majeure may delay or cancel certain attractions or shows without prior notice.

  • Flower viewing depends on weather; tours proceed even if blooms are not at peak.

Shopping:

  • Some attractions, restaurants, and rest areas may have shops not organized by the tour operator. Guests are responsible for their own spending.

Tips for Travelers:

  1. Keep your phone available for contact during the tour.

  2. Prepare for motion sickness if prone.

  3. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes; bring sunscreen, insect repellent, windbreakers, cameras, etc.

  4. Keep valuables safe; any loss or damage is the guest’s responsibility.
