09:30 ▼ Umihotaru (Sea Firefly) Rest Area – approx. 40 minutes
Umihotaru is a unique rest stop built on an artificial island (Kisarazu) in Tokyo Bay, surrounded 360° by the sea. The 650m-long facility is five stories high, offering panoramic views of Tokyo Bay, numerous shops, restaurants, and leisure facilities. On the 4th floor, visitors can enjoy a free seaside footbath. The 5th floor often hosts special events, such as the popular One Piece exhibition, where over 20 famous characters (including Chopper the robot) are gathered on display. (Free entry)


11:00 ▼ Mother Farm – approx. 4 hours (including free lunchtime)
Mother Farm is a large-scale theme park combining sightseeing, dining, amusement rides, and a zoo. Covering 2.5 million square meters, it is the most famous farm in Chiba and the entire Kanto region. Visitors can interact with cows, horses, sheep, pigs, rabbits, ducks, alpacas, and ostriches, and children can try hands-on activities such as cow milking. The farm also features entertaining animal shows such as duck parades and piglet races.

The grounds are filled with seasonal flowers including plum blossoms, daffodils, azaleas, cherry blossoms, and rape blossoms. With its wide variety of attractions, it’s popular with both families and couples.

Recommended farm dining:
Mother Farm offers 4 restaurants and 7 cafés with scenic views of flower fields. Popular treats include farm-fresh milk ice cream, “Genghis Khan” style BBQ with fresh lamb, handmade sausages, burgers, rice sets, and unique milk ramen, a favorite among both kids and adults.


16:00 ▼ Futtsu Cape & Futtsu Coast – approx. 1 hour
Located on the tip of Chiba’s Futtsu Cape stands the Meiji Centennial Observation Tower (built in 1971, 21.8m high). Its design mimics the shape of a Japanese black pine, with platforms extending in multiple directions, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Tokyo Bay. On clear winter days, Mt. Fuji can sometimes be seen. Futtsu Coast is one of Tokyo Bay’s most popular beaches, with pleasant water temperatures and complete safety facilities, suitable for both children and adults.

19:00 Arrive in Tokyo
Drop-off at JR Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit / Shinjuku West Exit Sumitomo Mitsui Bank / hotel or inn.

  • Guests with the Pick-up/Drop-off Package will end the tour at Tokyo Station or Shinjuku.

  • Guests with the Hotel Pick-up Package will be returned to their hotel/inn.


About Tokyo Station

Tokyo Station is a major railway hub in Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku. Serving Shinkansen lines (Tohoku, Yamagata, Akita, Joetsu, Hokuriku, Tokaido), local JR lines (Chuo, Sobu, Yokosuka, Keiyo, Yamanote, Keihin-Tohoku), Narita Express, and Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (M-17), it is one of Japan’s busiest stations. Its iconic red-brick building, a designated Important Cultural Property, was fully restored in 2012 to its original 100-year-old appearance.

Reminders

  • This itinerary allows free luggage carriage. Please inform us of the number of luggage items when booking.

  1. Once the order is confirmed, the travel date cannot be changed. Any losses incurred must be borne by the traveler.

  2. Please provide complete information upon booking (full name, number of participants, phone number, WeChat ID, pick-up location) to avoid errors.

  3. Please carry passports and valuables with you at all times. Loss, theft, or damage is the traveler’s own responsibility.

  4. Elderly travelers, pregnant women, or those with cardiovascular conditions (e.g., hypertension, heart disease) are advised to be accompanied by relatives.

  5. Participants under 18 cannot join alone. A parent/guardian must accompany them.

  6. This is a shared-ride fixed itinerary. Please follow the driver-guide’s arrangements and respect each scenic spot’s stay time.

  7. No refunds will be given for missed or abandoned trips due to personal reasons such as lateness.

  8. Leaving the group mid-tour is considered invalidation of the contract, with no refund. Any safety or property issues resulting are the traveler’s own responsibility.

  9. Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, holidays, or crowds. Adjustments or cancellations caused by force majeure will not be grounds for refunds.

  10. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for travel.

  11. Please comply with Japanese laws and regulations. Do not carry prohibited items.

  12. During free time, please pay attention to personal and property safety. Any accidents or losses are the traveler’s responsibility.


Traveler Requirements

  1. Travelers aged 70 and above must be in good health and accompanied by an adult (22+ years old).

  2. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler.

  3. Elderly participants may be required to provide a health certificate before departure (electronic copy acceptable).

  4. Pregnant women, people with heart disease, or acrophobia are not recommended to join. Participation may be refused.

  5. Non-Mainland Chinese guests are welcome, but services are only available in Chinese and Japanese.


Travel Notice

Due to unpredictable traffic, weather, holidays, or crowds, actual arrival times may vary.

  • By law, the maximum working time for a driver is 10 hours. To ensure safety, adjustments may be made (shorter sightseeing times or cancellation of certain stops).

  • No refunds will be provided due to force majeure.

  • Possible force majeure includes (but is not limited to): natural disasters, traffic accidents, severe weather, government regulations, health emergencies, social unrest, and mechanical failure.


Cancellation Policy

  • ≥3 days before departure: 100% refund

  • 2–3 days before departure: 50% refund

  • ≤1 day before departure: No refund


Travel Tips

  1. Pick-up & Meeting: Arrive on time at the designated location. No refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals or no-shows.

  2. During the Tour:

    • Leaving the group mid-tour forfeits the rest of the services with no refund.

    • Departure times may be adjusted during peak season; please follow the guide’s instructions.

    • Order of attractions may be rearranged due to traffic or weather.

  3. Meals: Not included. Some restaurants do not allow outside food.

  4. Local Customs & Laws: Please respect local culture and comply with regulations.

  5. Weather: Activities may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled due to weather or force majeure. Flower viewing periods are subject to seasonal conditions.

  6. Shopping: Shopping at rest areas or attractions is at personal discretion. The organizer is not responsible for disputes. Avoid unlicensed private shops.
