07:00–08:30 – Hotel Pick-up in Central Tokyo (Hotel/Guesthouse Pick-up Package)
Pick-up service is available at hotels in the following 7 central Tokyo wards:

Note: Exact hotel addresses must be confirmed to ensure they fall within the pick-up area. Guests are advised to wait at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure time, as the vehicle will not wait past the scheduled time. 10:30 – Lake Kawaguchi: Ōishi Park (Approx. 40 min, free time)
Enjoy the spectacular view of Mount Fuji framed with seasonal flowers. From Aug. 28–Oct. 25 and Nov. 21–Jun. 31, Ōishi Park is included (instead of the Maple Corridor).

  • Kawaguchiko Natural Living Center: Offers a café with Mt. Fuji views, local souvenirs, fresh fruit and vegetables at the farmers’ market, and delicious ice cream.

  • Mt. Fuji Memorial Stone Mound: A unique monument built from stones collected from various mountains across Japan nicknamed “mini Fuji,” such as Hokkaido’s Ezo-Fuji (Mt. Yōtei) and Aomori’s Tsugaru-Fuji.

  • Flower Path & Small Fuji: A 350m flower promenade featuring more than 90 species of flowers blooming throughout the year. Best viewing season is late April to early October, while in winter you can enjoy Mt. Fuji covered in snow.

11:30 – Lake Kawaguchi: Mt. Fuji Earthquake Experience Museum (Approx. 60 min, admission included)
Learn about the science and impact of earthquakes through immersive exhibits and earthquake simulation rooms. Experience the shaking of tectonic movement, see rescue and reconstruction displays, and gain valuable knowledge on disaster preparedness.

12:40 – Lake Kawaguchi: Lunch (Approx. 60 min, included)

14:00 – Lake Kawaguchi: Samurai Warlord Cruise “Tenshō Maru” (Approx. 50 min, fare included)
Cruise around Lake Kawaguchi, one of the Fuji Five Lakes, at 830m elevation. Admire magnificent views of Mt. Fuji and its reflection in the water. The boat, designed after a Sengoku-era warlord’s vessel, features samurai décor, Tatami-mat seating, and offers rental costumes for memorable photos. Wheelchair and stroller access available.

15:10 – Fujiyoshida: Instagram-famous McDonald’s (Approx. 30 min)
Visit the famous Mt. Fuji view McDonald’s in Fujiyoshida. Capture stunning photos of Mt. Fuji rising behind the golden arches – a unique and trending social media spot.

15:40 – Return to Tokyo (Approx. 1.5–2 hrs)
17:40 – Tokyo
Arrive back at your hotel/guesthouse, ending a wonderful day trip. Guests may also choose to disembark at Shinjuku or Tokyo Station. Drop-off order will be arranged by the driver according to hotel locations.

Shinjuku Highlights: Tokyo’s busiest shopping and entertainment district, home to major department stores, Kabukichō nightlife, and landmarks such as Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden and Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building.

Tokyo Station Highlights: A key transportation hub and cultural landmark, featuring the iconic red-brick Marunouchi building (a designated Important Cultural Property), luxury hotels, and the underground Tokyo Station Ichibangai shopping street, offering ramen, anime character shops, sweets, souvenirs, and tax-free shopping.

Inclusions

  1. Transportation service as listed in the itinerary, Lake Kawaguchi Samurai Warlord Cruise fare, Earthquake Experience Museum admission, and lunch.

  2. Vehicle fuel, tolls, and highway fees.

  3. Vehicle service time within 10 hours (as required by Japanese law).

  4. Driver-guide service fee (for 4–9 people in a small VIP group).

  5. Reference vehicle types:

    • 5–8 seats: Toyota Alphard

    • 9–14 seats: Toyota Hiace or equivalent
      (Final vehicle arrangement will depend on group size.)

  6. For small vehicles, children under 3 years old occupying a seat are charged the same as adults.

Important Notes

  • This itinerary allows free luggage. Please inform us of the number of luggage pieces in advance at the time of booking.

  1. Once the booking is confirmed, changes to the travel date are not allowed. Any losses incurred must be borne by the traveler.

  2. Please provide full information when booking (name + number of participants + phone + WeChat ID + pick-up location) to avoid errors that may affect the trip.

  3. Passports and valuables should be carried with you and kept safely. Loss, theft, or damage will be the traveler’s responsibility.

  4. Elderly travelers, people with high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, pregnant women, etc. are recommended to travel with relatives.

  5. Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Solo bookings for under-18s will not be accepted.

  6. This is a fixed carpool itinerary. Please follow the arranged stay times at each attraction and comply with the driver-guide’s instructions. For flexible arrangements, please consider our private charter service.

  7. If you miss or leave the group due to personal reasons such as being late, no refund will be issued.

  8. Leaving the tour midway will be considered as forfeiting participation, and no refund will be provided. Any risks or losses must be borne by the traveler.

  9. Arrival times may change due to traffic, weather, holidays, or crowds. In case of delays or cancellations due to force majeure, no refund will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

  10. Please wear light, comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for travel.

  11. Please comply with Japanese laws and regulations. Do not bring prohibited items to avoid legal consequences.

  12. During free time, please take care of your personal safety and belongings. Any accidents or losses due to negligence will be the traveler’s responsibility.

Traveler Requirements

  1. Seniors aged 70+ must ensure they are physically fit to travel and be accompanied by a relative or friend aged 22+.

  2. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler.

  3. Seniors may be required to provide a health certificate before departure (electronic copy accepted).

  4. Pregnant women, travelers with heart disease, or those with acrophobia are not suitable for this tour. Book with caution as participation may be refused.

  5. Non-Mainland Chinese travelers are welcome to book, but only Chinese/Japanese language service is available.

Travel Notes

  • Due to traffic, weather, holidays, or crowds, itinerary times may vary.

  • Under Japanese law, drivers may not work more than 10 hours per day. To ensure safety, itinerary adjustments may be made (shorter visiting times or cancellation of certain attractions).

  • We appreciate your understanding that such adjustments are made to protect driver and passenger safety. Refunds will not be provided in these cases.

Force majeure events may include but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, typhoons, etc.)

  • Traffic accidents or severe congestion

  • Extreme weather (snow, heavy rain, fog, etc.)

  • Government regulations or emergency orders

  • Sudden health emergencies of travelers/team members

  • Social unrest (strikes, protests, disturbances, etc.)

  • Mechanical failures of transportation

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 3 days before departure (not inclusive): 100% refund

  • 2–3 days before departure (inclusive): 50% refund

  • 1 day before departure (inclusive): No refund

Travel Reminders

1. Pick-up/Meeting Point
Please arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Late arrivals, no-shows, or mid-journey participation are not allowed. No refunds or transfers will be provided.

2. During the Trip

  • Travelers may not leave the group early or drop out midway. If you do so, unfinished portions will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

  • During peak seasons, departure times may be adjusted slightly (guide will notify in advance).

  • Transportation and sightseeing times are subject to the day’s actual conditions. Adjustments may be made in consultation with guests without reducing the number of attractions.

3. Meals
This product does not include meals unless otherwise stated. Please note some restaurants do not allow outside food.

4. Local Customs & Laws
Please respect Japanese culture and customs.

5. Weather
Outdoor activities may be canceled or modified in case of severe weather for safety reasons. Flower blooming seasons depend on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Shopping
Shopping during the trip is at your own discretion. Please keep receipts. The travel agency is not responsible for disputes from personal shopping or activities at privately operated venues.

  • If you are prone to motion sickness, please prepare in advance.

  • Bring comfortable clothes, sunscreen, insect repellent, windbreaker, and camera.
