10:30 Karuizawa – Japan’s Imperial Resort

  • Karuizawa Prince Outlet (approx. 3 hrs, free time)
    Known as “Japan’s most beautiful outlet,” featuring 200+ fashion stores (Prada, Coach, DKNY, TOD’S, etc.), restaurants, golf course, and ski facilities. Prices are often lower than in Tokyo or Osaka.
    ※ Guests may choose to stay at the outlet or continue on to Hoshino Resort Area.

  • Hoshino Resort Area (approx. 2 hrs, free time)

    • Kumoba Pond (Swan Lake): Famous for seasonal beauty – lush green in summer, fiery red maple in autumn, reflected in crystal waters like a natural painting.

    • Harunire Terrace: A stylish shopping & dining street built among 100 elm trees, offering boutique shops, cafes, bakeries, soba restaurants, and seasonal events such as the colorful Umbrella Sky in the rainy season or Christmas illuminations in winter.

    • Hoshino Onsen (Hot Spring): Famous “Beauty Bath” open-air hot spring with panoramic views. Extra cost: Adults ¥1,300 (¥1,500 in August).

  • Lunch Option (Reservation Available, +20 RMB Service Fee):
    Celebrity-favorite yakiniku (grilled beef) restaurant – premium beef set ¥3,240 per person (sirloin, steak, diaphragm cuts, ~200g total), with grilled vegetables, salad, rice, side dishes, miso soup. Closed on Wednesdays.


15:45 Kawagoe – “Little Edo” (approx. 1 hr, free time)

  • Hikawa Shrine: A popular Instagram-famous shrine, head of 200+ Hikawa shrines nationwide, known as a sacred place for love and marriage. Famous for the Ema Tunnel and the “Fish Fortune” draw.

  • Kurazukuri Ichiban-gai (Warehouse District): Preserved Edo-style black-brick merchant houses, designated as a Traditional Architectural Preservation District.

  • Toki no Kane (Bell Tower): Historic landmark, still tolling to mark the time.

  • Candy Alley (Kashiya Yokocho): Lined with traditional Japanese sweet shops.

  • Kawagoe is also an anime pilgrimage spot, including scenes from Tsukigakirei.


17:00 – Return to Tokyo (approx. 1.5–2 hrs)

18:30 Tokyo – End of Tour
Drop-off at JR Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit / Shinjuku West Exit / Hotel or Minshuku.

Guests on the Pick-up/Drop-off Package will end at Tokyo Station or Shinjuku.
Guests on the Hotel Pick-up Package will be dropped off at their hotel/minshuku.


Tokyo Station (Marunouchi Area): Major national railway hub and cultural landmark. The red-brick station building is a designated Important Cultural Property.
Shinjuku: Tokyo’s busiest commercial and entertainment district, home to department stores, Kabukicho nightlife, and transport hub with the world’s busiest train station.

Inclusions

    • 22+ seats: Large coach
      Vehicle types are for reference only; actual vehicles will be arranged according to group size.

  6. Child policy:

    • Infants 0–2 years (without occupying a seat) are free of charge – must be declared at booking.

    • Children 3 years and above are charged the same as adults.

  3. Large luggage is not recommended for day trips. If necessary, please inform us in advance at the time of booking.


Important Notes

  1. Once the order is confirmed, changes to the date are not permitted. Any losses incurred will be borne by the customer.

  2. Please provide complete booking information (name, number of participants, phone number, WeChat ID, and pick-up location) to avoid errors affecting the trip.

  3. Passports and valuables must be kept with you at all times. Loss, theft, or damage is the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Elderly guests, pregnant women, and those with hypertension, heart disease, or other cardiovascular conditions are advised to travel with family members.

  5. Guests under 18 years old cannot join alone and must be accompanied by a guardian.

  6. This is a shared-ride fixed itinerary. Guests must follow the driver-guide’s instructions and respect the stop durations at each attraction. For flexible itineraries, please refer to our chartered tour service.

  7. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, absence, or withdrawal during the trip.

  8. Guests who leave the group mid-journey will be considered as voluntarily terminating the contract. No refunds will be issued, and any resulting risks or losses will be the individual’s responsibility.

  9. Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, holidays, or crowds. Delays or cancellations caused by force majeure will not be grounds for refunds.

  10. Please wear light, comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for travel.

  11. Japanese laws must be observed. Do not carry prohibited items.

  12. During free time, please be mindful of your personal and property safety. Any incidents are the individual’s responsibility.


Participant Requirements

  1. Guests aged 70 and above must be in good health and accompanied by an adult (22+).

  2. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult.

  3. Elderly participants must provide a health certificate before departure (electronic version accepted).

  4. Pregnant women, heart disease patients, and those with acrophobia or other health conditions should not join. Participation may be refused; please book with caution.

  5. Non-mainland Chinese guests are welcome, but only Chinese and Japanese language services are available.


Itinerary Notes

Due to traffic, weather, holidays, or crowd conditions, arrival times may vary. By Japanese law, drivers may work a maximum of 10 hours per day. To ensure safety, the itinerary may be adjusted, including reducing sightseeing time or canceling certain stops if necessary.
In the event of force majeure, refunds cannot be provided. Adjustments are made for the safety of both drivers and passengers.

Force majeure may include but is not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, typhoons, etc.)

  • Traffic accidents or congestion

  • Severe weather (heavy snow, rain, fog, etc.)

  • Government regulations or emergency restrictions

  • Health emergencies requiring medical attention

  • Social events (strikes, protests, unrest, etc.)

  • Vehicle mechanical failure


Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 3 days or more before departure: 100% refund

  • 2–3 days before departure: 50% refund

  • 1 day before departure or on the day: no refund


Travel Guidelines

Pick-up / Meeting

  • Please arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Late arrivals or absences are considered forfeitures. No rescheduling, refunds, or changes are available.

During the Trip

  • Guests may not leave or withdraw mid-tour. Any uncompleted portion will be considered voluntarily forfeited, with no refunds.

  • In peak seasons or special circumstances, departure times may be adjusted. Please follow the guide’s instructions.

  • Sightseeing duration and order may be adjusted due to traffic or weather without reducing the number of included attractions.

  • Meals are not included. Some restaurants prohibit outside food or occupying seats without ordering.

Customs & Local Regulations

  • Please respect Japanese customs and culture.

Weather

  • For safety, staff may suspend outdoor activities and rearrange itineraries in case of severe weather.

  • Theme parks or attractions may adjust or cancel operations due to weather or other force majeure without prior notice.

  • Seasonal flower-viewing is subject to weather. Tours depart as scheduled regardless of bloom conditions.

Shopping

  • Some attractions or rest areas may have shops. Purchases are at your discretion and responsibility.

  • Some privately operated venues may not be licensed. Please consider carefully before spending.


Reminders

  1. Keep your phone reachable during the tour.

  2. If you are prone to motion sickness, please prepare medication.

  3. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring sunscreen, insect repellent, a jacket, and a camera.

  4. Keep valuables safe and avoid bringing unnecessary expensive items.
